At GlowPride, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not happy with your purchase, our refund policy is as follows:

•Refunds apply only to damaged, defective, or wrong items received.
•Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
•The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Non-Refundable Items
•Opened or used beauty/personal care items (due to hygiene reasons).
•Sale/discounted items marked as “final sale.”
Refund Process
1.Email us at support@glowpride.com with your order number and issue details.
2.If eligible, we’ll provide return instructions.
3.Once the product is received and inspected, a refund will be initiated to your original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds
•Refunds usually reflect within 7–10 business days.
•If delayed, check with your bank/payment provider.
